At RAVEMEN, we stand by the quality of our high-performance cycling lights and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all included mounts, cables, and manuals to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
